Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

Treasure Coast Advisors LLC ("Treasure Coast Advisors LLC", "we", or "us") runs a mobile messaging program (the "Program") governed by these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the "Mobile Messaging Terms"). By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Program Description: We may send various formats of promotional and transactional mobile messages through the Program. You confirm that any mobile phone number you provide is valid and that you are its owner or authorized user. If you change your mobile phone number or are no longer the owner or authorized user, you agree to promptly notify us at [insert email or other contact method]. Participation in the Program is not required for making any purchase from us and is entirely voluntary.

User Opt-Out and Support: You may opt out of the Program at any time. If you wish to stop receiving mobile messages from us or no longer agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, and/or UNSUBSCRIBE to any mobile message from us. You may receive text messages for a brief period while we process your request and a one-time opt-out confirmation message. You agree that this is the only reasonable method to opt out. For support, reply HELP to any mobile message from us. Our messaging platform may not recognize requests that deviate from these commands, and you agree that we and our service providers will not be liable for failing to honor such requests. We may change the phone number or shortcode used to operate the Program and will notify you if that occurs. Any requests sent to a changed number or shortcode might not be received by us.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability: The Program is offered "as-is" and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or with all mobile carriers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Program.

Modifications: We may modify or cancel the Program or any features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time, effective upon posting on our website. You agree to review these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
